About Joe

I was born in a small farming town in Cuba and moved to the U.S. with my family at a young age. My father worked on a farm in Homestead, FL, where I helped out after school. As a teenager, I shifted into mechanics, then trucking—eventually becoming an owner-operator in my early 20s. In 1995, I launched my own trucking company through a franchise opportunity. By 2002, I began exploring real estate as a hobby, got licensed in 2003, and joined Prudential in Key Largo as a part-time agent. I quickly gained expertise in the Florida Keys, Homestead, and Redland markets. In 2007, I left the trucking industry to pursue real estate full-time. Today, as a RE/MAX agent, I bring years of local experience to help my clients navigate the South Florida and Florida Keys markets.
