Joe Sweeney helped me sell my house a couple years ago. It was a difficult time and Joe's expertise made it as smooth as possible. I was so impressed with Joe that I enlisted his services again when looking to purchase a home. Joe found me a great deal and helped me through all phases of the process from searching for the right home to negotiate to home inspection, mortgage application and closing.
