Joe is a very personable, and friendly agent. He is always on time and that's a big+... Nowadays, timeliness is important. He scheduled 4 homes with us and hindsight, we wished to have seen a few more. But we did not think the offer we put on for this house will go through. Once it did, we were locked in. My only downside is that we were blindsided on the transfer of city tax cost which normally is a negotiable event. I think if this was explained to us fully, then, the extra star would be there. Overall, he is a good agent and definitely will use him again for future real estate buying and selling.
