Patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and consistent.
From Starr to finish Joe was very engaged in the process, he seemed to care about my interest as if they were his own. Before I could even call to ask for an update or status, he was already calling and checking in letting me know what was going on throughout the process. Sometimes, dealing with agents you feel like just another number, even like your bothering them, I felt my questions and concerns were addressed promptly and throughly without feeling like a nuisance -and for that I'm grateful for Joe. I'd gladly do business with him again. Definitely recommend!!
