He’s done it again!

When the average for sale listing in my neighborhood was 4-6 months, I was a little hesitant to sell my house. After the offer was signed, Joe was communicative and transparent about the next steps to take. He made sure everything was moving along in a timely manner, and we were able to close within 6.5 weeks of listing! I’ve done multiple deals with Joe over the years and I’ve recommended him to over a dozen friends.
