This was a long buying process as when I first met Joe when visiting Eugene OR in late Summer 2023 I only knew that I would be moving to OR in the "next year or so." Joe came out to let me view a home which I had found on Zillow. He took the time to learn what I was looking for and used his local knowledge to steer me towards "better" neighborhoods. I was then set up on a weekly online mailing with available homes in the areas we had determined would be best for me so that I could see what the housing stock was like. We also had several phone calls when I had more questions. In November 2024 we had a "blitz" day of house viewing. Joe and his team planned the day so that we were efficient with our driving around. From there we identified a couple of homes which I wanted to revisit during that same visit to Eugene. And then I made an offer! We mapped out an offering strategy and after a couple of talks with the sellers came to an agreed upon price. Joe (and his team, which he always acknowledges) was very detailed oriented, quick to respond to text, voice or emails. He mapped out the buying process and his transaction coordinator was great at sharing a timeline with me so that I always knew what was needed and when.And now that the home has been purchased Joe is my eyes and ears on the ground to ensure that some items are fixed before I move in - nothing major - but easier to do while the house is empty!
