We have had a relationship with joe for over a year, he has been the most understanding, helpful person. He helped us sell our home in 2025, and we spent a year touring homes with him. My wife lost her job, and instead of pushing us to someone else, or losing contact, he checked in with us periodically and when we were ready, he helped us look at 8 or 9 more homes until we found the perfect one. He made the loan application process easy, and even during the intense stress while going through the buying, he clarified all our questions and really made things easy. We would recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home. He is a great person and really cares about what you and your family need in a home.
