I was a first time home seller, no clue how to go about selling a home. I like so many others went online for information on HOW TO. I interviewed three different realtors, two associated with well known names, my third interview was with Joe Powers and I knew from the start he was the person I wanted to do business with. He is personable, attentive and just a good guy. He walked me through the process and listened to my questions and concerns . My took home to a little while to sell but he was there all throughout the process, along with his sister Dena. I would not hesitate to recommend Joe Powers to anyone looking to sell or buy a home in eastern NC.
