Joe sold my last house then helped me purchase another. I will use him in the future as he was the most responsive agent I have ever delt with. The house I purchased was listed on Redfin and 4 hours later we had a contract. No chance for others to get in and take the home away from me. He also has contacts. When my buyer wanted work done on my house I did not know anyone reliable to use. He suggested a person to use and this couple did a wonderful job on the home in a timely manner. Joe also delt with my anxiety in a calm "everythings OK" manner. There were some houses we looked at that Joe (as a builder himself) said he wasn't comfortable with. I relied on his judgement completely and landed a solid home in the end. If you asked me what I disliked most about Joe, I could not come up with a single thing. Bottom line is I would recommend him to my best friend.
