Joe is one of the people I know that have a longer patience. It took me year to get my dream house and I know the market was tough and he always push me to get up everytime I bid on a house and I always loose. He is always there whenever I need him and will never turn his back. I’m very grateful to Joe cuz he guides me on how to buy a house, answer all my dumb questions since I am a first time buyer. He was the one who do all the work on checking the house and tell me if the house is worth it or not. I am very grateful and lucky to have an agent like Joe who we consider now as one our friend. I appreciate all the help from Joe and to his team for always being there whenever I need them and for making all this easy for me.

Joe was very professional and understanding, even though my wife and I were probably very hard to work with. He knows the local area very well.
