Joe Owens is an American businessman, author, entrepreneur, and philanthropist. He is known for his innovative business and marketing solutions for his clients to help them buy, sell and invest in real estate. Since 2009 his real estate sales have topped $50 million. Before real estate he represented clients that included Coca Cola, American Express, the Rolling Stones, NFL Players Assn and others for whom he negotiated and implemented over $400 million in sports and entertainment sponsorship programs. He serves as Executive Director of R.E.A.C.H. (Real Estate Agents Coalition for the Homeless), a real estate industry charity that raises funds to combat homelessness in America. His blog, podcast , newsletter, and You-Tube videos, “Real Talk with Joe Owens”, provide weekly information to consumers about the real estate market, and he is a frequent speaker at consumer and real estate industry events.
