Joe sold our home in Chula Vista. He is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced--he has my highest recommendation. Joe kept a courteous relationship with other agents who also submitted offers for our home. Within six hours of the first buyer backing out, we were under contract with a new buyer. Joe was also incredibly helpful when crafting our counter offers, specifically when working through appraisal contingencies. Joe had our home under contract three days after going to market--with multiple offers. Even with the first buyer backing out, Joe helped us close 24 days after going to market. The home was priced at $695,000 to $735,000 and Joe sold it for $750,000.
