Joe is a real professional real estate agent...
Joe is a real professional real estate agent. He's not one of those agent that just got a license as a part time job. When we looked for a house, not only he showed us the houses, he also gave us information about the neighborhoods we were looking at (we were from out of town when we bought.). Again, when we sold our place, we contacted Joe and everything was easy and perfect. He knows everything there is to know about buying and selling and he will guide you through it. He made the process so easy for us and we would definitely recommend him to anyone we know. He definitely made us up our standard on what real estate agent should be like.
