I've known Joe for the last five years having met him when we bought a property he had listed. That experience was unlike any real estate experience I'd ever had. Flawless, seamless, and yes enjoyable. We subsequently asked Joe to market a condo we had to sell. We had a contract two days after listing it. I just concluded my third transaction with Joe and like the previous two, he did an amazing job for us. This is a person with an enormous knowledge of the market and has people skills that are off the chart. If you plan to buy a home, there is no one better equipped to maximize the value if you are selling or to find and negotiate the best deal if you are buying.
