Joe is smart , and extremely intuitive he handles both sides of the sale real well. We had been in our home for 30 yrs and it is the hardest thing I've ever done as far as physically and mentally, Joe was there for us on move out day over over again . We had a couple problems but he got us through not only that but our move out spilled on to Xmas eve! I want to thank you Joe for holding my hand! Dawn , Mark
