As soon as I decided to sell my home, I immediately contacted Joe. He was a former coworker at my previous job, and I knew his expertise there would translate well into the real estate market. He came over, suggested what should/needed to be repaired in my home, and gave me an estimate of what we can list it for. He even had contacts with local contractors who did an outstanding job at a very reasonable price. Within hours after my home being listed, I already received 3 offers! When the offer I accepted seemed like it would fall through a few times, I put all trust in Joe and he negotiated with the other parties and kept the deal going. It took just over a month from the initial listing to close, which is a lot quicker than I was expecting. I moved out of state before my house sold, and Joe handled everything in my absence. I pretty much said "take care of it, just send me whatever I need to sign." Joe is the man who will do the work for you and keep you worry free!
