Gainesville Native Joe McKiernan is happy to help his clients with one of the most important transactions of their lives. Born and raised here, Joe is an expert on all things Gainesville. He has had a love for real estate ever since he was kid. He grew up in a family, who is in the construction business, investment properties, and renovating homes. Because of his upbringing he has learned an appreciation for architecture and design. Joe’s experience includes working for America’s largest home builder and with Dawn Realty. He is eager to assist new home buyers, sellers, and investors.
Joe is a recent graduate from the University of Florida. While studying in business he learned valuable knowledge about real estate and finance. His background in business and expertise of Alachua county has made Joe an excellent choice to be your real estate partner.
Outside of real estate Joe enjoys traveling all over with his family, playing pickleball with his friends, and cooking with his girlfriend Rivé. Joe is currently in the process of renovating his 1957 Mid-Century Modern home in Westmoreland. He believes strongly in volunteering within the community and his involvement includes the Gator Exchange Club, Humane Society of North Central Florida, and Gainesville Modern.
