BE AWARE, you DO NOT always get what you pay...
BE AWARE, you DO NOT always get what you pay for. Joe Mark Robinson created a terrible experience with selling my home. AFTER we dropped the price by over $100k from what he suggested we could sell it for, he worked harder for the buyer than me. Several friends had listed with brokers who charged flat fees substantially less than the 6% we agreed to with Joe Mark Robinson and received much better representation. If you have an easy sell, I’m sure it will go fine. If there needs to be negotiations, Joe Mark Robinson will only be interested in his best interest. Read your contract carefully, not only did we pay well for him NOT to look out for us, we then found at closing he charges a transaction fee that although on the small print of the contract, was never discussed. We also found he had a substantial fee listed if you weren’t happy with his services and wanted to terminate your contract with him. To finish things off, he sat with the buyers at the closing and did not attend during my part as the seller. He stated he was a man of his word and this was simply a miscommunication with the title company. Of course it was Joe Mark Robinson! BE AWARE!
