Joe led me through purchasing my first house. When I first spoke with him, and discussed my concerns about buying a home and whether I would find anything in my range, he immediately began to address my concerns with information. He spent a lot of time discussing my list of requirements for a home and helping me to realize what was a necessity and what was a luxury. After narrowing that down, he went right to work on lining up homes to view and chauffeured me around Lexington all day on a very rainy Friday, looking at homes in multiple zip codes, with different variations of items from my list, and in different states of repair. He knew I needed to see a fixer-upper to understand if I was serious about considering a fixer-upper. Similarly, I had to see several homes to update my list of necessities vs. wants. His patience with every viewing and my myriad of texts and emails was outstanding. He continuously reinforced that I could ask him any question, tell him ANY concern I may have had about a particular property, or inquire what a specific term meant, etc. I found a wonderful home thanks to Joe and his guidance as my agent. This was a significant life event for me, and I was worried that I was not going to be able to go through it with a professional who demonstrated that they understood how important this was to me, but I am thankful I did. Joe sold this home to us when we first moved to LEXINGTON . Then 2 years later we were ready to move in to our forever home. We called Joe to list our home, and it sold over asking price. Now we had to find “that” forever home. Shortly a house came on the market in Pinnacle area of Tates Creek. Joe got us an appointment same day, however there was a lot of interest in this property.
