Joe led me through purchasing my first house. When I first spoke with him, and discussed my concerns about buying a home and whether I would find anything in my range, he immediately began to address my concerns with information. He spent a lot of time discussing my list of requirements for a home and helping me to realize what was a necessity and what was a luxury. After narrowing that down, he went right to work on lining up homes to view and chauffeured me around Lexington all day on a very rainy Friday, looking at homes in multiple zip codes, with different variations of items from my list, and in different states of repair. Joe sold this home to us when we first moved to LEXINGTON . Then 2 years later we were ready to move in to our forever home. We called Joe to list our home, and it sold over asking price. Now we had to find “that” forever home. Shortly a house came on the market in Pinnacle area of Tates Creek. Joe got us an appointment same day, however there was a lot of interest in this property.
