He gave his assessment and advice knowing that we were building a new home and would not be ready to hire a realtor for at least a year. When the market was sliding mid 2022 he told us not to worry about a collapse in housing values as inventory was tight and would remain so unlike in the housing collapse a decade earlier when there was a glut.
