Despite being a very busy man, Joe was always quick to show a house or return a call. I always appreciated his opinion on the value of a particular property; estimates on its improvements; and the fact that he never made me feel rushed through the showing. Joe wasn't someone passively walking through a house with me, but someone willing to share from his experience and offer suggestions. Joe met me at the house I ended up purchasing, at least, eight times; always with a smile, never seeming inconvenienced. Located in a floodway, he advised on an agent whose policy was significantly cheaper than the one I was originally quoted. Once the offer was accepted, he was always prompt emailing me the necessary documents, and calling to explain each step of the process.
