JOE IS AWESOME!!! Buying or selling a home is complicated and can be downright stressful and nerve-racking. Joe takes the stress out of it. He went way beyond our expectations with his effort to not only sell our home, but make the process as easy on us as possible. In an industry where it feels like most realtors are out to make as much money off each sale as possible (my opinion), Joe stands out because he is trustworthy. He understands that the bottom line is customer service and satisfaction, not his commission. He treats you with honesty and respect and works his tail off to find you the perfect house or get you the best selling price for your current house. Joe truly is a gem and a great guy! If you are looking to buy or sell a home, I cannot recommend Joe enough! ... he even helped us sell our refrigerator! (we moved out of the area and were going have to remotely sell it on craigslist, which would have been a major hassle.) Hiring Joe was the smartest decision we made.
