Joe did a great job helping us determine the right path to take prior to listing my father in law's house. We had to decide to sell "as-is" or to invest some money prior to listing the house. We chose to do a beautiful remodel since the home was largely unchanged since it was built 47 years ago. A 50k investment returned a sales price that we believe is over 80K what we would have gotten "as-is".
