I interviewed many realtors over 3 months. Time was short. Improvements needed to be done. I live in a different state which makes things infinitely more difficult. Long story short I finally called Joe. I wish I would have called him first. Would have saved us lots of time, effort, and money. Why? Joe's plan to get the house sold was by far the best. He saw what other's missed. His plan was flexible to our needs, time, and financial constraints. He knew who to contact to get things done on time and schedule. He made things happen and had back-ups when needed. Result: House sold in 2 days! Couldn't be happier with the way things turned out. We highly recommend Joe.
