You gave me a price that you thought my condo would sell for. I thought it was too high. You told me you would buy it for that price less commissions and 5k for repairs. I took you up on your offer. You made my move so easy by allowing me to be a non contingent buyer on the home I purchased and let me stay in my condo for a few weeks while I slowly moved to my house. Thank you Joe. Always sets up showings and meets me at properties as soon as I text him. Every once in a while I work with Mike (who is also great) when Joe can't meet me. He does what he says he will do. He is quick to respond to my calls, emails, texts etc. and has gotten properties accepted for me late in to the evenings and early into the mornings. Hard worker doesn't begin to describe Joe.
