Joe's knowledge in contracting type work (on top of his real estate experience) was a huge reason why I chose him. He was spot on with what we needed to do and what was unnecessary. Joe even dug in and did some work when it came to seeding my lawn where the ground had been dug up from a prior sewer pipe replacement. I had moved an hour or more away already so it was really awesome of him to go that extra mile when I was unable to. Joe priced my house well for the area and what it had to offer to buyers, all the while explaining the ins and outs of why, in a way I understood it. When it came time to accept one of multiple offers he again went into details on the different types of funding and what I could generally expect from each during the closing process. It's a huge bonus when the real estate agent you select is also a great teacher. On top of all this, Joe has a great sense of humor. Which is important because I'm quite random and all over the place at times. I'd highly recommend him as the agent you want selling your home and will definitely be suggesting Joe to anyone I come across that could use his services.
