Joe you are the BEST !!!!!!. When you worked with me on selling my house, it went up on Tuesday and by Weds to Sunday 6 showings a nd a deposit was put down. My head was spinning it went so fast. Everything done by you and Nancy was very efficient and personal with me. Joe you were right on the money on your listing amount, only a small amount difference on the sale. I have to say I wasn't a Seller, I felt like Family to Joe on selling my home. Thank You so much Joe & Family. Jane Bird
