Our experience with Joe was as first time home buyers and his help was invaluable. He was always available to answer questions and was dedicated to seeing as many places as it took for us to find the right place. Throughout the process Joe was attentive to both us and the selling agents, making sure we didn't miss any helpful information that might impact our bid. After we did find the right place, Joe was a huge advocate for us, staying on top of the selling agent, escrow, insurance, inspector, appraiser and anyone else who had to be dealt with in order for us to close successfully and in time. After the inspection, Joe was ready with recommendations for contractors and trades we needed for our renovation work. Through it all Joe was pleasant to be around and made the whole process enjoyable. I would/ will recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor in Orange County.
