I had to actually calculate it but selling my condo with Joe made our 7th transaction together. Four of which with Live Urban. Joe knows me well. He knows the things that are very important to me and the things that will literally stress me out. He has worked with me while he's out of town in foreign countries and still takes time to communicate like he is in town on a normal day. One of the benefits of working with an agent as many times as I have, I've had the pleasure of seeing Joe evolve in his career. I'm likely a bit biased as I've worked with him several times but I'd say that the way I feel in a sentence about Joe is: he is passionate about his clients and while it may not show on the surface, he's going the extra mile not to make the sale but to get what his client needs. That's something you cannot put a price on.
