Joe is an excellent agent! I have used him now for three transactions and I would never use anyone else. Joe was in constant contact and sent me all relevant information to my purchase in a timely and efficient manner. He did research about my HOA and other things that I did not expect. My inspection had to be done in my absence and I completely trusted Joe to do the inspection and lead me in the right direction. Great experience! Thank you, Joe.

Joe was wonderful! He kept us positive, was helpful and explained every step to us, which was really important to us as first time home buyers.

Joe Chang is attentive, on time, detail-oriented, and knows the Denver area and market inside-out - I couldn't be happier. He always responds to emails and texts within minutes, and he made the buying process pleasant and absolutely seamless. I am already recommending him to my friends.

Joe Chang took good care of us during the new build of our property which was new for us. Joe made sure that the builder and contractor made some minor changes we wanted during the construction process. I would recommend Joe Chang as he suggested we have a home inspection and a sewer scope which was another eye checking out the mechanics of the property and that everything was up to code. The sewer scope put our mind at rest that we wouldn't have any issues going forward. Joe also mentioned that we should look into assessment insurance which we would not have thought of on our own.

Joe Chang did an amazing job at getting my house listed and sold so that I was able to move out of state without delay. His marketing skills are on point to highlight what makes the property great.

Joe was extremely helpful in finding my wife and my first home. He is very thoughtful and organized. Joe took the time to listen to us describe our ideal house and understand what was important to us. He was knowledgeable about the areas we were searching and provided good input about which neighborhoods we should visit and which neighborhoods we should avoid.

We appreciated not only Joe's experience, but his honesty as well. When looking at homes, he knew exactly what kinds of potential pitfalls to look for (water damage, electrical problems, etc), and point out any possible problems and what it might cost to fix. He was not afraid to give us his honest opinion on the properties we looked at.

When we finally found a home, he was very patient and explained the process and paperwork to us, and answered all of our (many) questions. He has great negotiating skills and managed to get us a very good deal on a beautiful property, which ended up costing below our budget.

Throughout the negotiation and home buying process Joe continued to follow up with us, providing updates and getting our input. He made sure that we got the best possible deal and followed through with the seller's agent to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. We were extremely satisfied with the process and outcome.
