Joe made sure that the builder and contractor made some minor changes we wanted during the construction process. I would recommend Joe Chang as he suggested we have a home inspection and a sewer scope which was another eye checking out the mechanics of the property and that everything was up to code. The sewer scope put our mind at rest that we wouldn't have any issues going forward. Joe also mentioned that we should look into assessment insurance which we would not have thought of on our own.
