What sets me apart is the ability to listen to you and really understand what you are saying. I believe in helping others by education and being a source of knowledge to answer your questions or directing you to where to find the answers. You can be sure you are in the driver’s seat and know where you are going in every step of the process. I hear a lot from my clients who have had a bad experience with a previous realtor or lender say, “that’s what my realtor said” or “I don’t know my lender said I was approved”. It has always been my goal to listen and understand my clients while educating them on the process and providing them with solutions. I believe in communication and just being honest with my clients even when the news is not good. I am always ready to handle what ever come up. My clients have recommended me to all their friends and family and are just amazed on how I work so hard and will go the extra mile for them when I need to. I have built my business based on referrals by basically treating my clients like family and understand that sometimes I may need to do a little hand holding along the way. I explain to my clients their options and allow them to decide what is the best choice for them. I provide resources and do what ever I can within my scope of practice and if outside my scope of practice then I point my clients in the right directions.
