I recently had the pleasure of having Joe Carlisle represent me for the first time. Despite not being from the area, he familiarized himself immediately in order to make good decisions on my behalf. He made sure that the transaction went seamlessly in lieu of problems which came up. He seemed to "fix" everything so that the transaction took place quickly and both parties were satisfied when completed. He followed up and explained each item that had to be addressed. I feel that I got the best price for my property and he circumvented and solved issues to avoid extra expenses and time delays.
