Joe was amazing dealing with the stress for trying to find a house in a new unfamilar to us town. He showed us what felt like a million houses and wrote offers all the time. Housing market was just difficult at the time. Fortunately we found a house that was great. It has had a few issues - Totally not Joe fault We would use him again in heartbeat but hopefully wont need to.
Joe is a wonderful communicator and showed us many new prospect homes. Market was tough at the time, and houses were selling quickly, and prices were being bided up. Joe counseled us on strategy to make effective bid and moved quickly to submit our bid, with smart conditions to prompt seller to accept. Then he helped negotiate effectively to get some repair reductions agreed. He is a very knowledgeable and well connected and worked hard for us with an out of state transaction. Will use him again next time.

First of all, I almost never write reviews. I rarely take the time out to speak out about a service or product, but this time I had to make sure proper credit and kudos were given. Simply put Joe is amazing. From day one he was professional, outgoing, transparent, and incredibly intelligent through every step of the selling process. He walked us through every step of his plan to sell the house and explained why he did it, allowing us to have full faith and understanding in what he was doing. Any time we had questions or concerns he answered them immediately and in a respectful manner. He kept us in the loop on everything going on and always made sure we were comfortable with what was going on. I can't recommend him enough! He had a clear process that included a coming soon sign which generated lots of buzz and used a professional photographer that took great pictures. Both were instrumental to getting an offer. With Joe's expertise and great marketing & sales strategy, we had 6 showings and a sold home within 19 hours of listing! Joe puts in the time and hard work needed to get a house sold. If you have a chance to work with him, do it! You'd be crazy not to.
