Joe was very professional and kept in constant contact with me. Whenever I asked Joe a question via text or phone call, he ALWAYS responded immediately. He was very knowledgeable about his profession and so it made it easier on me to have some one that I could trust and felt comfortable with. My wife also felt the same way. There were certain things that I needed for the SELLER to do and he would communicate that to the Listing Agent & Seller and then he would make sure that it got done and would report back to me to let me know it was completed. It was obvious that Joe was on "my side" and did ALL he could do to make the transition in getting a new home convenient for myself and my wife. He didn't disappear after the home was bought and we moved into the home. He answered any questions that I would have "after" the home became our's.
