We were in a hurry . . . we had some very specific needs for the new place . . . I was a ball of stress. Jean listened. She asked questions that helped me think through what it was, exactly, that we needed. She hooked me up with the excellent Keller-Williams online tools that kept a steady stream of eligible properties coming into my inbox, and she gave me pointers on how not to feel too overwhelmed by the choices. She was easy to get ahold of, even when she was out of town, and readily available for showings. When we found the right place, she worked the negotiations and got us a great deal. She had good recommendations for a real estate attorney; we went with one of her picks and were very happy. The closing was complex, as we were simultaneously selling a house in another state. Jean worked with the other realtor and helped make it all go as smoothly as possible. I’m so relieved that it’s all done, and I’m so happy that we had Jean working with us through the process.
