I worked with Jody, late July (listing) through September (closing), 2015, to sell my mom's house in Oregon, Ohio. Throughout the process -- advice for getting it ready, listing, showings, negotiation, etc., -- Jody was very involved, very responsive and very thorough. The biggest help came during the negotiation: offer/counter, and buyer's repairs required. She was very helpful in her advice in the counter, and contacts to handle the needed repairs. If I'm ever in the market again to buy or sell, Jody will be my first call.
