You can tell Jody and her team know EXACTLY what they're doing. I sold my home after being there for a little under 3 years. To say the least there wasn't much equity in the house yet for me. I had a pretty strict price I had to try and reach as to not owe at closing. Jody sat with me at our initial meeting and ironed out the numbers with me. She laid out a plan to reach the desired price and I was able to cut my timeframe to sell down. With each step of the plan her and her team had laid out, they marched along the timeline perfectly. No surprises along the way and I was living in another state and closed on my house within a MONTH! Kudos to her and her team. I recommend if you decide to choose Jody to listen and take her advice as the professional as she will not lead you astray! I was worried about things going into the sale of our house. I thought there would be problems and paperwork, and other hoops that we would have to jump through. Jody and Denay took care of all our worries and assured us that it would be quick and smooth. It totally was. She found an excellent price point based on other local postings and sales. They guided us through the offers, and we accepted one, and it went through quickly. Don't plan on selling our current house anytime soon, but we will be going back to the Jody Zink Team if we do.
