My experience with Jody was excellent. I knew what I was looking for and the market is tough, and so it took quite some time for me to find "the one." Jody was dedicated, patient, and understanding throughout, as well as knowledgeable and on-call for questions about properties, the market, or areas of interest, which meant that when I had interest in a property no time was wasted in a market where a day could make a big difference in your chances. Not only is Jody professional with great experience, I knew she had my best interests in mind - she said that "she wouldn't recommend a house she wouldn't sell to her own daughter" and I really believe that was true. She was also able to recommend a great lender and had a lot of great local knowledge. I had worked with a handful of other realtors before that didn't make the same effort. Even after the sale, she checked in to make sure everything was going well. I'm a happy first-time home buyer and the process was far less daunting when I had a group of good people on my side!
