While JM did assist with getting the necessary tasks done to get the sale (and that was appreciated due to distance) I noticed attention to some details missing. The was an easy commission for her. Don’t remember getting a thank you for the sale - Just a question asking for a reimbursement after the sale had closed. Research your realtors.
