Jody is a star! We never felt pressured to take a decision and as first time buyers in the US, Jody took the time to explain pros and cons and help with all decisions. Jody replied to all requests quicker than anticipated, fitted all the showings within our requested dates, knew who to contact to get estimates and accompanied the inspection and closing from beginning to end as well as dealing with home insurance and repairs due from the seller.
