Furthermore, we are out of state and she referred professionals to choose from that we needed for legal and inspection services which we were very satisfied with. Lastly, she was happily willing to be our on site eyes and ears for inspection and closing which went smoothly. Jody has continued to be extremely nice post closing with advice and assistance on routine items like getting the water bill transferred to our name. Jody really cares about her clients and we couldn't have done it without her!
