We found Jody through magazine advertising for a waterfront real estate agent which she is and more++. Jody is an experienced boater and angler that's been living on the water in Fort Lauderdale for 30+ years. We were looking for a second home to rent or purchase in Fort Lauderdale and Jody was quickly able to understand for what we wanted in a property and location. Our first meeting was a half day tour of all the neighborhoods with waterfront properties that might be a fit and we focused on one. Not only did she know people in the neighborhood that she networked with but went above and beyond networking with other people who live in the neighborhood so that he might be able to find something coming available for rent or sale. At one point we were working on multiple offers on rental then found a property for sale that met all of our criteria. She was able to negotiate and close the deal after we made three separate offers in these challenging sellers market conditions. Furthermore, we are out of state and she referred professionals to choose from that we needed for legal and inspection services which we were very satisfied with. Lastly, she was happily willing to be our on site eyes and ears for inspection and closing which went smoothly. Jody has continued to be extremely nice post closing with advice and assistance on routine items like getting the water bill transferred to our name. Jody really cares about her clients and we couldn't have done it without her!
