Jody lives up to he reputation, & that isn't a complement. The day of 17 showings he told me I should incent him financially to sell my house. I didn't know why I'd incent him to do his job, but was nervous that he wouldn't work for me so I agreed. He thinks he's a master salesman for getting an above asking price, after he told me to lower the price to get bidding war to get an above asking price. Will be filing an ethics complaint against him. Be carful, much more ethical brokers our there

I can not speak highly enough about Jody. He is smart, aggressive, knows the area and has tremendous relationships with other agents. Jody promised and he delivered.
