My experience in using a Realtor has always been negative. Plus I never saw their value and felt they were a waste of money. Until I worked with Jody! The Realtor I used to purchase a house 3200 miles away from my home misrepresented herself to me and only showed me 2 homes. Consequently, I bought a house I truly hated within a month of purchase. Desperately and in despair, I Googled Top Realtors in Utah and Jody came up. After my interview with her, I thought maybe she would change my attitude toward Realtors. Following are examples of her knowledge and expertise. Without being prompted she showed me 15 houses. In my search she helped me identify what was absolutely a "must" for me in my next home. Another aspect was credibility. She would remind me that a house didn't have my must haves even though I might have liked it. We finally narrowed it down to a home that I truly love! Also, her 20 years of experience showed in her negotiating skills. She negotiated a great price for the home and solved hiccups that came along prior to the sale. Another benefit is that she has a lovely sense of humor. Finally, she genuinely wants to find you a home instead of just a house.
Jody is fantastic. You cannot go wrong using her for any of your real estate transactions. Very hands on, responsive, attentive, and thorough. She spent plenty of extra time reviewing our details, and making sure that all necessary tasks were completed. She followed up multiple times to make sure we covered for some clean up transaction matters.
