Jodi had great communication and Jodi came for every showing and kept track of all appointments. We were out of town a lot and Jodi took care of everything and made changes to the ad when requested. She was very up front and clear about all expenses and our costs.

Jody went above and beyond in negotiating the terms between me and the seller, making sure my best interests were always protected while still keeping the deal moving smoothly. Her insights and advice helped me feel at ease throughout the entire process, especially as a first-time homebuyer. She was always clear and proactive with communication, making sure I understood exactly what was happening at every step. I never felt out of the loop, and her guidance made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth, confident, and well-managed from start to finish.

Six stars for Jody if I could give them. She sold the house in ONE DAY! The buyer turned out to be difficult, with unusual requests that would be a burden for us to fulfill. The buyer's agent then tried to bully us with last minute demands probably thinking we would have to agree or lose the sale. Jody met with us and we agreed to pass on all of their wants and relist the house. They quietly accepted her terms for the sale and we were able to proceed with the purchase without their interruptions.

Jody was extremely responsive. She helped us through the very stressful (and exciting!) process of finding an amazing home. She explained all the steps in detail and followed up with all of our questions. She even went by several of the properties to monitor traffic as that was a huge caveat on which house we chose. I’d recommend her over and over!

Jody was so great to work with! She knew the market well which set us up for a great listing price. She was very responsive to all of my thousands of questions and always texted or called back right away. She negotiated fabulously with the multiple offers received and got me a fantastic deal, over asking price. She is kind, helpful and honest. She will tell you the facts, sometimes even when you’re hoping for something else. I have used Jody for several family listings and purchases and will continue to into the future. She makes you feel like you are her only client, even when she’s loaded down.

Jody was amazing!! We contacted her during our “vacation” to St George. We had NO intention of buying anything during this short vacation. We were purely interested in seeing what the area was like. Jody was friendly, inviting, honest w her opinion and worked super hard. She helped us discover what was really important to us. We thought we wanted a view but discovered we really wanted was a community. We really feel good about the property we purchased. During the contract Jody was informative and super prompt.
