We could call Jody day or night with questions big and small. She always got to the bottom of every issue, and did it with a smile on her face. She works with a team, so she has back up which is important when we sprung last minute request on her!

Jody did a great job selling my home. She advised me how to stage it and give potential buyers the best impression possible when viewing it. She also communicated well and was available to answer questions that came up during the process. Thanks for your help!

Jodi had great communication and Jodi came for every showing and kept track of all appointments. We were out of town a lot and Jodi took care of everything and made changes to the ad when requested. She was very up front and clear about all expenses and our costs.

I never felt out of the loop, and her guidance made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth, confident, and well-managed from start to finish.

Six stars for Jody if I could give them. She sold the house in ONE DAY! The buyer turned out to be difficult, with unusual requests that would be a burden for us to fulfill. The buyer's agent then tried to bully us with last minute demands probably thinking we would have to agree or lose the sale. Jody met with us and we agreed to pass on all of their wants and relist the house. They quietly accepted her terms for the sale and we were able to proceed with the purchase without their interruptions.

Jody was extremely responsive. She helped us through the very stressful (and exciting!) process of finding an amazing home. She explained all the steps in detail and followed up with all of our questions. She even went by several of the properties to monitor traffic as that was a huge caveat on which house we chose. I’d recommend her over and over!
