Most deserved commission ever!!
This was a very difficult transaction for both Jody and I, do to the fact that the foreclosure bank couldn’t seem to get the title cleared after they accepted my bid that Jody had submitted. Jody hung in there for, I think 8 closing extensions over a period of over 6 months. He put in enormous effort to get this closed and never gave up, beyond the call of duty. Highly recommend him!
