Jody was fantastic to work with for our first house to buy. He was very patient with me and my husband when we started the process with zero knowledge on any of the info on home buying and attending showings, and advocated for us better than I could ever hope for from anyone else, even while dealing with a 3 month long short sale with a difficult lender from the sellers for approval and also racing a foreclosure during all the short sale back and forth. He has great people for appointments and prices, no one ever schedules an appointment that is less than 2 weeks away for normal home repair, and even longer for an appraisal, home inspection, and survey, but he has people that do. I recommend him for all your home searching- for both renting and buying! Thank you so much Jody for getting us to the closing table after having to put up with so much for us!
