Jody did an excellent job all the way through the process of selling our home. She helped find handymen, electricians, etc. and coordinated service for repairs. Jody quickly got our house back on the market after it surprisingly fell out of escrow, and helped decipher several different offers to aide in our decisions. I hired Jody to be my selling realtor because of the other high ranking reviews that were in place from her previous clients. The showings were scheduled almost non stop on a daily basis (which is awesome when we were the sellers). Our home was a little more of a challenge to sell because 1st buyers backed out due to minor repairs that were needed. 2nd buyers backed out because their property didn’t close in CA, and the 3rd buyers were the ones that took the home. That issue was not Jody’s fault, the path of the home sale just worked out that way. Jody stayed strong and diligently worked as much as possible to push forward towards the sale of our home. Had we stayed in NV., we would’ve hired Jody to help us with purchasing a home. However, she brought us plenty of faith for us from her brand that we stayed with the RE/MAX family to hire a RE/MAX agent for our house hunting in GA. When buying or selling a home experience counts. In the Dayton market you would be hard pressed to find anyone that knows the area better than Jody. She provided valuable advice all through my home selling experience, resulting in top dollar for the property and a smooth selling process. I netted over 15% more than I thought possible with her guidance. In addition, she has the best resources at her command. The photography of the property for example, was of the highest quality and significantly enhanced the value of the property.
