Jody was recommended by a friend and she did a great job.

The loss of a family member can be hard. Selling the family members property you know very little about and the property not closed to were you live makes communication extremely important. Jody worked wonderfully with our many issues and did so many things for us being unable to handle ourselves. She found contractors for us to do repairs, inspectors for the property and took full responsibility making sure each did their jobs duties.

Jody helped me with the purchase of 2 homes and the sale of 1. She was always available and also very good at listening and understanding what I was looking for. I felt comfortable asking Jody any questions and she would always either have the answer or find it right away. I always felt like I was a priority to Jody. Whether I was buying or selling, Jody always spent alot of time making sure I understood everything about the transaction and that I got the best deal possible.
