Jody Is a great real estate agent. Very knowledgeable of the market we were entering. She addressed all of our concerns and helped us understand how the whole process was going to go and made it a lot less stressful. My husband and I decided to sell a rental that we had for a period of time. I remember seeing Jody's name on a house that was sold in the same neighborhood so I  contacted her. She immediately responded to my message. Upon meeting with her we found her to be very personable and knowledgeable while going through the house and answering all of our questions. She made recommendations on what we needed to do to the house in order to sell it for a better price. She also recommended a contractor that could do the work. After receiving the bid from the contractor we decided to do the work ourselves. Jody never questioned our choice about not using a contractor nor indicated that she felt that we had made them poor decision to do the work ourselves. During the process of fixing the house several things impeded our time schedule, including the covid-19. Jody was patient with us even though we had promised to have the house ready 2 months prior to when it was actually completed. When it was time to determine the sale price of the home Jody provided us with a binder of comps from the surrounding area and also a recommendation. The sale of the house went very smooth and we were thrilled with the price that we received.  Throughout the entire process Jodi was easy to work with, professional, and  caring, answer any and all questions and/or concerns within hours.
