When we called Jody Delasky to see if she would help us sell my dad's lake property, she enthusiastically responded yes. She set up an appointment with us right away and got the ball rolling quickly. Within a very short time, she had appointments and was showing the house and property. It only took days to get a signed offer. She always kept us informed of what was happening, which was especially helpful and important to us since we live nearly 100 miles away from the property that was for sale. She's very knowledgeable, hard-working, professional and considerate. She went above and beyond to make the sale a pleasant one for both buyer and seller! She is the realtor to call!

We cannot say how much we appreciate Jody. She's super fast at getting back with answers and is always in a great mood. She really made it easy on us and gave the best advise about the area.

Jody was terrific to work with. 5 years ago she helped me buy my house, and, due to a change in circumstances, help me sell it two weeks ago. She worked hard to find me the house that fit my wants and needs and repeated the effort in selling. I never see Jody without a smile and a willingness to do whatever she could to help meet my needs. She was very responsive to any questions or inquiries that I had; with few, if any, exceptions, she got back to me within 24 hours if not much sooner. I would definitely work with Jody again in the future if my circumstances warrant it and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in northern Wisconsin.

Jody was such a great realtor to work with. She was always able to either answer my question or find the answer to my question and get back to me in very short time which was great since we were buying a property about 280 miles away from our main home. She also was able to help us out with the financing when we had a little hiccup with our lender we were first going to go with. She was not only very professional but she was as nice and outgoing as you could ever expect we really enjoyed our Homebuying experience with her. She drove there, trudged through the snow, and narrated a half dozen videos showing me every inch of the house inside and out. Jody goes above and beyond!
